Had a bit of a crisis of laziness, and after a couple of texts to get me over the hump, I got on with it, and punished myself a bit for being lazy.
Posted a sub 14min mile, and a sub 45min 5k ;)
45 mins total, 3.13 miles, 44:08 5k, and 13:53 new fastest mile.
