Thursday, Friday

Takin it easy, just treadmill days. 2 miles each day.

Busted my burn 5k cals in a month a week and a half or so early. Working on 45 miles in a month, 6k calories, and 5 runs of 1 mile under 15:15.

Clocked my fastest mile today, 14:36.
