Auld Lang Syne.

So, its the end of 2012, and the Mayans were wrong. We're still here. And, perhaps not unsurprisingly, there's more of me than there should be. Its been a pretty shitty year overall I would say. However, 2013 looks to be a bit better. For starters, I'm employed. That, in and of itself is a bonus. That being said, I need to do something about that.

I'm going Primal. For the most part, Primal is a lot like Naturally Slim, but more so. I think, with the reduction of refined carbs, and adding protein and fat as well as colorful veggies... I think I can do this. So, without further ado, the 3 month chart!

I carry my fatness in the middle, obviously. And, I'm 20 pounds heavier than when I completed the two month measure-in from October last year. Also, you will note, I never completed the three month completion chart. That's due to the car accident. That put an exclamation point on the shit sandwich that was 2011.

Here's to 2013! May it be the best year of this decade yet!
