I think I'm starting to get the hang of Thursdays ;)
30 mins on the treadmill, a shade over 1.5 miles. I *think* the treadmill's calibrated funny. It *felt* a bit longer than that. I may have to go to the gym and try on one of theirs this weekend to calibrate my Nike+ thinger. I dunno.
3 sets 15 continuous each prone lateral raises and skull crushers
3 sets 15 bicep curls
2 sets 15 and 1 set 6 lateral raises
2 sets 20 and 1 set 15 crunches. My back felt good enough to add this back in, but I cramped up a bit on the last set, so I stopped.
I need to break out the bands and see if I can do anything with my legs, I feel that I may be neglecting them... although, they've always been pretty strong anyway. Its the upper body and core where I lack power. I'll have to see.
Edit: Added 3 sets of 10 leg lifts.
